Neat little neighborhood tucked away. It would be fantastic for someone who likes boating on rivers, as there is a little public boat launch onto the little sue maybe about 7-8 hundred feet from the property. A good truck could probably launch the boat and then park on the lot. Would be sweet for a river running cabin.
