Hangar is 40x40 with a 38+ foot door on lake side property. There are two slips for planes. There is also a 10x10' and service door on the opposite side facing the road. Locked gate for additional security. Large gravel pad, previously used as a helipad, that could be used for building a cabin or house. There is power nearby, but not currently to the lot. The hangar is built on tundra pads which support glulam beams that serve as the base for the 2 x 6 framed walls. The trusses are on 16" centers.
