Klawock Lake is a freshwater lake with many small streams & great freshwater fishing! It is a beautiful & very quiet place to spend summers. As the lake is freshwater, it freezes in winter, so this property is best suited for summer living.

This property feels amazingly quiet, private & remote. It feels like you are lost in the middle of nowhere, yet Klawock and the main road are not too far.

To access the property you will need to launch a boat at the launch off Klawock Highway, approx 8 miles from Klawock. This property is a little ways up the lake so a small motorized boat would be the most convenient transport. There is no dock at the launch site.

The dock on the property needs some work. The actual property is lovely, with some big trees, a clearing, and the spring/stream apparently has never dried up. There is cell service in this area.

This is a truly idyllic area, once there you will never want to leave! Kayak or fish to your heart's content and forget about the rest!
