Extremely well built, private, turn key cabin on 4.25 acres, in the heart of a great snow machine & ATV riding area in Trapper Creek, Alaska! The cabin is built on a metal post foundation that sits approx 7' off the ground so it has adequate storage underneath w/ 2 lighting fixtures for plenty of light. The cabin measures 20 x 28 with a loft on each side that measure approx. 8.5 x 16. The middle of the cabin has been left open but the lofts could be connected for more square footage.

Big windows through out the cabin allow for plenty of natural light. The interior of the cabin is insulated and fully livable but the walls are unfinished so finish to your liking!

Just a few of the cabins features include a professionally installed metal roof, laminate flooring, unfinished kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink with drain, free standing propane range, small refrigerator, freezer, microwave, TV, couches, beds and much more. The stairs leading up to each of the lofts are of standard rise and run and are illuminated for safety.

You'll stay toasty warm in the winter months with a Kuma oil stove, double pane windows and ceiling fans above each loft to help distribute the heat evenly.

There is a heated 5' x'5 x8' outhouse with a 42" x 5' x8' generator shed connected that also sits on metal post foundation with a metal roof. The outhouse currently does not have a hole, the owner preferred to use it honey bucket style.

The grade right around the cabin itself is flat and the area around the cabin has been cleared for a fire break. There is a lean to wood shed and fire pit also on the property.

The property is a part of the Trapper Creek Glen HOA. The dues are $50.00 a year and go towards trail maintenance.

The cabin is located approx. 4 miles off the Parks Hwy at mile 121.5. Approx. a 10 minute snow machine ride in winter & around an hour ride in the summer.
