Amazing off grid property that backs native lands & is fairly accessible. Close to town but far enough out that you feel like your in another world. Newly installed driveway & 30x50 roughed in pad. This property has mature spruce, birch, alder & cottonwood trees, high dry ground & some wetland areas with a creek running through it & possibly a spring or two. Lots of wildlife in this area too &.. Many Alaskan wild flowers, berries, plants and fungus are thriving in this area making it a foragers paradise. All the material used in making the pad came off the property.
